I thought the Valentines were precious.
On Valentines morning the little people opened gifts: Sippy cups for Andrew and a hair dryer to keep upstairs for Madeline.
For dinner I made Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops. Sounds fancy, but it was super easy to make and SO yummy. Splurge and get the good, fresh scallops. It's totally worth it.
For dessert I made Pecan Pie Cake Balls (Jon's request). Another super easy recipe:
I put all the ingredients in a food processor before rolling them to make the cake balls look pretty. If you attempt these, I suggest using half the bourbon.
